When you make an order at WPDance.com, you are allowed to download all the source code that is unencrypted and without password. Therefore, we only refund for the following cases:
- Our themes have any error on your site that we cannot repair it for you
- 48 working hours (or 8 working days) after receiving your installation request, our support team cannot help to complete the theme installation.
In this case, please provide a link to prove that our theme has error on your site.
Guidelines governing the refund policy:
- You're responsible to read and understand clearly our Template Specification (includes theme description, PrestaShop versions compatibility, built-in features, built-in modules), Term of Usage and Refund Policy.
- All refund requests are only processed within 7 working days. We don't accept any case further this time.
- Refund is equal to the order in total minus the discount (if any).
- Refund is unaccepted on add-on services (such as theme installation, custom development works, consulting works and any order services we provide).
- Refund does not include membership renewals.
- Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.
Presthemes reverses the right to refuse refunds, if any efforts of refund policy abuses are detected. It has been observed that some of the users are rampantly downloading all products and then asking for refund and repeat it again whenever new themes are launched.
